2011 Global Advancement names new CEO

Robert K. Lewis, III has been named CEO of Global Advancement, LLC, a Lexington-based firm which provides fundraising, communications and campaign counsel to charitable organizations and foundations. Global Advancement is one of only 37 firms across America elected to membership in The Giving Institute who are recognized as the national leaders in fundraising. After nine years in corporate sales for IBM, GTE and Verizon, Rob joined Global in 2002 and was named President in 2009.

Global Advancement was founded in 1991 by Robert K. Lewis, Jr. who continues active in the company as Chairman focusing  on strategic planning,  major campaigns and counsel for Kentucky , Ohio and national clients.  Currently 46% of the clients served by Global are national in scope.
