Deim, Marty

Martin F. Deim is a graduate of Centre College and a veteran of the U.S. Navy. Martin spent 10 years as a coach and English teacher achieving several coaching honors. He left coaching to begin a career in corporate sales; he was involved in the corporate world for over 20 years. Martin held several management positions in his sales career that includes sales manager, marketing manager and vice president of sales. After moving to Danville, Kentucky, he co-chaired a successful fundraising campaign for over three years and then joined Global Advancement in 2007. Martin has worked on several feasibility studies, including one for Ephraim McDowell Health Care Foundation. He has also served as a volunteer for the surgery unit at Ephraim McDowell Hospital and was named Volunteer of the Year 2008 by the Heart of Danville Association.
