Dickson, Dan
 Dan Dickson has worked for several central Kentucky nonprofit organizations over the past decade. As an associate at Global Advancement, Dan has worked in a variety of fundraising capacities including capital campaigns for Pikeville College and Wesley Village in Wilmore, an endowment fund for the Lexington Philharmonic and a feasibility study for the Community Arts Center in Danville. As Communications Director for Kentucky Blood Center, Dan provided expert public and media relations support for the Center’s successful capital campaign for a $6.5 million donor center in Lexington. Dan also served as a Regional Gift Officer for the University of Kentucky, nurturing relationships with UK graduates in the western U.S. and in eastern Kentucky. Prior to his nonprofit work, Dan was an award-winning television news reporter, anchor and producer, with 14 years spent in Kentucky at WKYT-TV and WTVQ-TV in Lexington andWHAS-TV in Louisville. Dan joined Global Advancement in 2008.
