Hagan-Michel, Ann
Ann Hagan-Michel has 25 years experience in both the for-profit and non-profit sectors. Most recently, she served seven years as Executive Director of The Henry Clay Memorial Foundation and was responsible for all aspects of marketing, development, budget and endowment oversight, managing staff and volunteers, community relations and information technology, including website development. Throughout 15 years of non-profit experience, she has overseen successful fund raising events, secured funding for the launch of the Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship, directed successful development, membership and publicity campaigns, conducted strategic planning and spearheaded the conceptual design of new facilities. She has served on the boards of the Lexington Singers, the Henry Clay Center for Statesmanship and the Bluegrass Hospitality Association. Ann's business background includes ownership of a general contracting firm specializing in historic preservation and, corporate sales, marketing and customer service. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Kentucky and is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals. Ann joined Global Advancement in 2010.
